How do I get my Jabra warranty?
To register for the 2-year warranty, follow these steps.

Why is my Jabra not working?

Why is my Jabra blinking red?
Flashing red after a firmware update indicates the charging case was not updated correctly. We recommend you connect the charging case to a power supply. Then remove the earbuds from the case, replace them in the case, and close the lid.
How do I reset my Jabra?
Take the earbuds out of the charging case and ensure they are turned on. Simultaneously press and hold (approximately 10 seconds) the Right and Left buttons until the LEDs briefly flash purple (note that the LED on the right earbud will flash blue repeatedly before it flashes purple). The earbuds have now been reset.
Is JBL better than Jabra?
