Why did Mike tie Walt up?
Mike plans on holding him until he can sell all 1,000 gallons of methylamine for $15 million without Walt’s permission, thinking it the best option for everyone. Mike watches him till morning breaks, but then zip-ties Walt to a radiator so he can run an errand. Walt tries to escape by breaking a coffee pot but fails.
Why did Jesse punch Todd?
Upon returning from the train heist, Walt, Mike, and Todd destroy the dirt bike belonging to the boy and the corpse itself. While Todd and Jesse are smoking outside, Todd glibly dismisses the tragedy, leading an incensed Jesse to punch him.
