What is THX Optimizer?
The THX Optimizer is a standard inclusion with (almost) every THX-certified DVD. Its point is to allow people to calibrate their systems with a standardized system, including SMPTE color bars (on the original THX Optimode only) as well as a special Tint test for those of whom have the special THX blue glasses.
