Is a chess rating of 400 good?
I can think of other measures of defining good. Have you considered the simple- a “Good” Chessplayer is 400 rating points above the average rating. so what would that be- the average rating is about 1100? then blitz 1500…. and someone at that ready would easily beat the “average” blitz player.

Is 2000 a good lichess rating?
It’s pretty good! If you want a FIDE chess rating, start playing OTB FIDE rated tournaments. It has nothing to do with Lichess blitz ratings, because those are two completely different disciplines. But a 2000 Lichess rating indicates you’re good at chess.
