How long does it take to become Feldenkrais practitioner?
A Feldenkrais professional training program has 40 class days per year and lasts 4 years. Every class day consists of 5 class hours, so in total we provide 200 teaching hours per year or 800 teaching hours over 4 years.
What is the difference between Feldenkrais and somatics?
