After obtaining the Celestial Mirror, the Jupiter Crest, the Jupiter Sigil, and World Champion, you can finally upgrade Wakka’s Celestial Weapon. Head back to the giant crystal in Macalania Woods and present both the Jupiter Crest and the Jupiter Sigil to it.

World Champion is the Celestial Weapon for Wakka, obtained by talking to the barkeeper in the cafe in Luca after coming in at least third in a blitzball tournament, or win five blitzball games. She will ask the player to see the Celestial Mirror, and if obliged, will yield the weapon.

The Jupiter Sigil is a league prize only. Once it shows up you’ll have to play the full league game which is 10 matches. Tournaments are 2-3 games depending on whether or not you get seeded. Again, the Jupiter Sigil will not show up as a Tournament prize.
