What does orsted do?
We develop, construct and operate offshore wind farms in Europe, the US and Asia, and have built enough offshore wind to power 9.5 million people. By 2025, our ambition is to power 30 million people with offshore wind. The UK is our biggest market with twelve offshore wind farms already operation.
Where does orsted operate?

The Danish Government
The Danish Government holds the majority of Ørsted shares (50.1%). Capital Group Companies, EuroPacific Growth Fund’s, and SEAS-NVE holds over 5% of shares. According to a political agreement, the Danish Government shall maintain a majority in the company until 2025.
