Magazines and comic books stored in the magazine rack will be displayed on its shelves. Up to 20 magazines can be displayed on the same rack. Magazine covers can be viewed and the individual magazines activated & read while they are on display in either the rotating or rectangular racks.

From the vanilla build menu, go to Decorations, Wall Decorations, and then Misc at the far right. Since this mod doesn’t require any DLC, I kept it in vanilla menus. From there just add Holotapes to the shelf through the container menu and they will auto appear.
