Which role must be carried out by one individual PRINCE2?

As a minimum, one person could carry out the project manager, team manager, and project team roles (if they were the only person carrying out the project work). But this does not negate any of the project roles – Each of these roles are still present and must be performed.

Their responsibilities cover both computerized and non-computerized information and information technology devices (paper, reports, books, film, recordings, computers, removable storage media, printers, phones, etc.)

How are users related to roles or groups?

There is a many-to-many relationship between users and groups and users and roles. In the case of the User Roles table, each row has a reference to the Users table and a reference to Roles table.
