Connect4Climate is the World Bank Group’s global climate communications and partnership program, dedicated to driving global action on climate change. It communicates knowledge and offers solutions, connects individuals and groups and amplifies partners events and activities.
What’s Youth4Climate?
The Youth4Climate initiative amplifies the work of young climate leaders and celebrates the power of the young generation to drive ambitious climate action. Global citizens under 30 are inheriting a hotter, more unpredictable climate that has enormous implications for their future.

How can I participate in COP26?
As a member of the public, there will be a variety of ways to get involved in COP26. By attending as a representative of an observer organisation: Certain NGOs (non-governmental organisations) and IGOs (inter-governmental organisations) have observer status to attend COP26.
What does YOUNGO stand for?
YOUNGO is the official youth constituency at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). YOUNGO is made up of organisations and individuals who identify as youth it is not an organisation, but, rather, a collection of groups and/or individuals.

Who is paying for COP26?
Response. The Scottish Government has made clear the expectation that all costs related to holding the main COP26 summit in Glasgow will be borne by the UK Government. This includes funding for police, fire and ambulance services which are essential to both prepare for and deliver a safe, secure and successful event.

What is Connect4Climate (C4C)?
The Connect4Climate (C4C) program was founded by Lucia Grenna in 2011 as a means of driving communication around climate change. It launched with a photo and video competition that invited African youth to share their stories about climate change in the run-up to that year’s United Nations Climate Change Conference.
What is the sport4climate initiative?
Sport4Climate made its debut at 2014’s Interreligious Match for Peace in Rome, an event conceived by Pope Francis. The initiative recruits influential professional athletes to speak out for climate action and lead their fans by example.
