The Tullamore Dew whiskey is surprisingly good for sipping. There’s a sweet, smooth taste to it. As compared with some other smoked or spicy whiskeys, this whiskey is not overly heavy on the palate. While the malty flavor and slight woodiness add some complexity to the beer, they do not overpower it.
