- Take a pan & add oil in it & heat it.
- Now add garlic pieces,onion pieces & fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red chilli pieces, green chilli pieces, curry leaves & mix it thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add water & mix it thoroughly.
- After 5 minutes, open the lid & mix it thoroughly.
What is Telagapindi made of?
Telagapindi is nothing but powder of sesame oil cake. At Mesmara we use cleaned hulled sesame seeds to extract oil using our wooden press, the oil cake is then sun dried, pulverised and hygienically packed. Mesmara Telagapindi is made from white sesame seeds(hulled black sesame seeds).
