How long is ucsc Summer Session?

Course Schedule & Pace The majority of Summer Session classes are five credits and five weeks long. Most meet twice a week for approximately 3.5 hours each.

Are ucsc summer classes online?

Most online classes are hosted on Canvas*. You do not need to sign up for an account. Just log in with your CruzID and Gold password at canvas.ucsc.edu. Most instructors do not “open” their Canvas courses until the first day of class.
