A beautiful waterfall area near Helen is Dukes Creek Falls, and this is also a great swimming hole. There’s an out-and-back trail that’s two miles long that will take you to the falls, and the best place to take a dip is about halfway through that hike. Hike to the end and then go for a swim on the way back if you can.
