Can Slifer effect obelisk?
There are some overlapping effects between Slifer and its more muscular cobalt counterpart Obelisk the Tormentor: both of their Normal Summons can’t be negated, and anything that activates in the Summon response window can’t be used.
How do you play Slifer the Sky Dragon?
“Slifer” can be Summoned in one turn using “Blackwing – Bora the Spear”, “Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind”, any “Blackwing” monster and “Double Summon”. First use “Double Summon”, then Summon the “Blackwing” monster, then Special Summon “Bora” and “Gale”, then Tribute Summon for “Slifer”.
Can Sangan search Slifer?
These cards cannot be searched. You don’t know what their ATK is going to be. A monster can ONLY be searched for by Sangan IF ATK is either equal to, or less then 1500.
How do you defeat Slifer the Sky Dragon?
Combo “Light of Intervention” or “Dark Simorgh” with this card and “Final Attack Orders”, so that all of your opponent’s monsters are forced to Attack Position, and then the effect of “Slifer” will be applied. Use “King Tiger Wanghu” and “Burden of the Mighty” to destroy any monster your opponent Summons.
How to defeat Slifer the Sky Dragon?
Its pretty easy, slifer has 0 protection. Cards like raigeki, dark hole, mirror force, sakeretsu armor. Basically if a card says destroy it can get rid of slifer, or if you have ghost ogre and snow rabbit it can destroy slifer when its effect activates, or you could just kaiju it.

Slifer the Sky Dragon. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card’s Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Send it to the GY. Gains 1000 ATK/DEF for each card in your hand.
