Order a new Nano sim from your Spread Giffgaff page or if you have a spare sim, do a sim swap. All Giffgaff sims are now dual and hybrid sims that contain a micro sim which pops out. Once the sim swap is complete; your mobile number, account details, goodybag or credit will be transferred over to the new sim.
Will Giff Gaff SIM work in any phone?
Yes you can. A giffgaff SIM will work in any unlocked or O2 locked device, regardless of make or operating system. If your current SIM won’t fit into your new/different phone, you will need to perform what’s known as a SIM swap procedure, to transfer everything onto the new SIM card.
Can I change my micro-SIM card to a nano SIM card?

A sim can only be activated once to a giffgaff account. If sim been deactivated of none use not used sim at all with in 6 months from last used sim then sim can deactivate from account as not used and wont be able to activate this sim ever again and number had be gone that cant get back.
