Use the Winding Cove transmat zone in the EDZ to find Xur this week. When you get there, hop onto your sparrow and head north, using the broken overpass on the left side of the area. At the bend, look for a cave opening in the rock wall that will take you to the top of the cliff, where a Fallen dropship has crashed.
