How long does Bupa take to process?
Processing times will vary depending on the nature of the claim. Most claims for doctor visits are processed within 5 business days. Hospital claims (including outpatient visits) are processed in approximately 7-14 days. If we require additional information we will contact you.
Can I claim gym membership through Bupa?
For clarity, Bupa will only pay benefits on gym memberships or personal training sessions. Note that Bupa does not pay benefits for trial periods, joining fees, casual attendances or bundled passes.

Usually you will be eligible for higher benefits as soon as you upgrade. If you haven’t served the full 2 month waiting period when you upgrade, your health insurer may not provide higher benefits until you have served the full 2 months.
