What is a full twist in trampolining?

Full Twist Jump. Feet to feet jump with a 360 twist – turn all the way around to start and finish facing in the same direction. 0.2. Hands and knees, forward turnover to back. Starting on your hands and knees, jump over your head and land in a back landing.
