What is the Amstel Golf Club Development Plan?
See the Amstel Concept Development Plan shown below. The Amstel Golf Club Residential Area Development Plan was adopted by Council in May 2013 and applies to land located within Area 1. The Amstel Golf Course Development Plan was adopted by Council in November 2017 and applies to land located within Areas 2 and 3.
Where is the former Amstel Golf Course site?
The former Amstel Golf Course site is located Cranbourne, south west of the Cranbourne – Frankston and Hall Road intersection. Schedule 12 to the Development Plan Overlay (DPO12) applies to the site. DPO12 came into effect following the gazettal of Planning Scheme Amendment C205 in the Casey Planning scheme.

We are proud to have Jetty Road, a Local Brewer and a member of the Independent Beer Makers Association, on tap in our venue.
How many days is Amstel open?
We are open 7 days and boast a fully licensed Bistro, TAB & Sports bar, kids play area. We are building your bigger and better Amstel Club. With larger dining spaces, bigger function rooms, dedicated sports bar, children’s play area and more. The club is a hub for enjoying good company, great value meals and terrific entertainment.
