Where does MSC Cruises sail?
Our ships sail year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean (visiting also Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, our private island in the Bahamas). Our seasonal itineraries include Northern Europe, South America, southern Africa, Asia, North America, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar and Saudi Arabia and Red Sea.
How many MSC ships are sailing now?
MSC Cruises has announced that the company’s entire fleet of 19 ships will be sailing during summer 2022. There will be 500 departures to choose from. MSC Virtuosa, one of the company’s newest ships, will return from a season in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar to enrich MSC Cruises’ offering in Northern Europe.

Are cruise ships operating at the moment?
At the moment, the cruise line plans on resuming cruises in North America on June 27, 2020. Update 1: The cruise line has released a new update which we’ve detailed here. Eight cruise ships will resume sailings in August and the majority of the fleet will start cruises until September 2020.
Where does MSC Seaside ship sail?
Another MSC ship back in service, the MSC Seaside, has been sailing in the Western Mediterranean since May 1. The vessel presently offers seven-night cruises in the region, visiting Italy and France. The MSC Preziosa is currently in Genoa undergoing final preparations for its service resumption.

Unfortunately, there are still cruises being cancelled in 2022 due to Covid-19 and the uncertainty surrounding it. The pandemic has not ended, and some sailings have been cancelled due to too many Covid-19 cases onboard. The good news is that there are not the mass cancellations we saw in 2020.
Is MSC cruise Cancelled?
The decision will lead to the cancellation of all sailings of MSC Orchestra from the port of Durban and all booked guests will receive a voucher for a voyage later in the season at their convenience or a refund. MSC Orchestra will resume her cruise sailings on 9 January, 2022.
