This is the same vendor where you bought the Red Detonite Actuator for Endurance+3 in Alderaan. On the way there, get the Red Crystal for the +10 all stats datacrons in the Imperial fleet.
Where are the Datacrons on Alderaan?
The Datacron is on an island that is inaccessible from the ground. To get to it travel over a bridge to the “First Do Harm” group quest (1241, -106). Toward the southern tip of that group area you will find a wire leading down to the island and a “Damaged Lift” that moves very slowly up and down the wire at (1083, 0).

This Datacron is located in the Museum area of the Gav Daragon on the Republic Fleet. This is a semi difficult jumping puzzle and you will need a group of at least 4 people. You can do this on either side, but once you have completed it, you can’t access the area yourself anymore. You can accompany others though.
