  1. Prepare batter by mixing gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, baking soda and salt in a medium size bowl and gradually adding water as required until medium thick (like dosa batter).
  2. Cover it with muslin cloth and let it set at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
