  1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
  2. Ensure that the project schema for your new attribute is available for editing.
  3. Choose File > New Attribute.
  4. In Name, enter a descriptive name for the attribute.

  6. Enter a name for the form.
