There is a toilet there though and you can buy nick knacks. Comino is easily reached by the many ferry boats that go there very often. The last ferry is at 6pm so don’t miss it or you’ll be stuck on the island until the next day, but there is a hotel there so don’t panic!

Short answer: water. Definitely take heaps upon heaps of water with you to the island. You will also need to feed yourself at some point. Even though there’s a hotel where you can grab lunch, it’s advisable for you to take fruit or other food which will still be edible after enduring copious amounts of sun and heat.
