Neither screen format is better than the other, they both have their place in cinemas up and down the country. But we do highly recommend trying ISENSE – it far exceeded our expectations and does challenge the dominance of IMAX in large screen film formats.

The CEA Card entitles you to ONE free ticket for someone to accompany you to the cinema to provide the assistance you may need during your visit. To get the free ticket, you will need to purchase a full price ticket for yourself for the same performance of the same film in the same auditorium.

Can carers go to the cinema for free?

The CEA card enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema. The Card is also one way for cinemas to make sure they look after their disabled guests.

Is iSense more expensive?

We decide to have to whole experience and watch in the new iSense screen which was more expensive. Queueing for a drink to be given a cup to then have to queue again for a self service machine was pretty annoying but the entrance to the venue is nice and interesting and also with a bar and small bites you can order.
