What does my baby look like? Your baby, or foetus, is around 45cm long from head to heel, and weighs about 2.1kg. That’s approximately the size of a rucksack and the weight of a cantaloupe melon. Your baby is curled up inside your uterus (womb), with their little legs bent up towards the chest.
