To make the body of the bumblebee costume, stick lengths of yellow duck tape, horizontally at equal intervals, on to the front of the top; starting from just underneath the arms. Next, you can tape around the back in the same way, so the bands of yellow go all around the top and meet at the sides. TOP TIP!

Directions:
- Glue each pipe cleaner to a puff ball.
- Allow to dry.
- Using a pencil or pen, carefully twist the pipe cleaner into a spiral.
- Twist the free end of the pipe cleaner around the headband a few times, and them back around the pipe cleaner to attach.
- Adjust the “flop” to your desired look, and you’re done!

How do you make a bumblebee out of gym shoes?
2) Take your old gym shoes and place them on the flat pieces of 2×2 board (1 board for the heel, 1 for the toes). sketch an outline of bumblebee’s foot and cut it out. Cut the curve out of the front piece and then hot glue the shoes directly onto the board (pic 2)
