- Sign in at www.carefirst.com/myaccount and select your spending account profile.
- Click Pay a Bill from the I Want To… menu.
- Choose the account you want to use to pay the bill (NOTE: If you only have one account, you will skip this step)
- Click Next.
- Enter the amount to pay.
