Cicerone Level 1: Certified Beer Server Cicerone level 1 is the Certified Beer Server designation. This level focuses on providing outstanding beer service. That means having a solid understanding of all beer styles and flavors and being able to leverage that knowledge to provide superior beer sales and service.
