Swimming is not permitted at the boat ramp (go to the state park beach just up the road). “Personal Watercraft” (“PWCs”) are not permitted on Watchaug Pond but motorboats and water-skiing are permitted and common.

There’s no hookups, but the sites are very large. Plenty of sites that fit our large 40′ Toy Hauler, but there are some tight turns into some of the sites. Hardly any people during the week at this site, so it was very quiet. Even on the weekends it was only at 1/4 capacity at most.
