Can you use a regular tire on a tubeless rim?
For road, the answer is an emphatic, unequivocal no. You cannot run road tires made for tubes on a tubeless setup. Ever. They will blow off the rim, hopefully before you even get them up to pressure, and you will get hurt or killed.
