Does the Florida Review pay?
These will be modest awards of $50.00 each, but we hope they will show our good faith toward all those who submit to The Florida Review and Aquifer. We are a struggling nonprofit organization, but we know how hard our writers work, and we want you to have the possibility of payment.
Does the rumpus pay?
Beginning May 2016, The Rumpus began to pay feature writers and book reviewers. Each month, we set aside $300. All eligible contributors are able to opt in for payment at the end of the month, and the money is divided between those writers who opt in.
What do long reads pay?
We pay $350 per reading list. Please email [email protected] and include “Reading List” and the proposed topic/theme in your email subject line. Timely topics, but also offbeat and unique angles, are especially welcome, as is a diverse mix of featured publications and writers. Not sure what to pitch?
Does Granta pay writers?
Granta is a print and online magazine which looks for your fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and even art and photography submissions without a limitation on topics. Fee: They charge a 3$ fee for poetry and 4$ for prose submissions. Yet they offer an opportunity for low-income writers to submit for free.
How much does cosmopolitan pay articles?
Photos add $15–25 to your pay for high definition and clear images. A submitted article can earn 20 cents per published word and $200–400 on features.
