How do I bid on Caltrans?

  1. Open AASHTOWare Project Bids Bid.
  2. Navigate to Tools > Manage Digital IDs.
  3. Click the green + sign on the righthand side.
  4. Find the digital ID.
  5. Enter the Digital ID and password.
  6. The Digital ID should now be successfully imported.
  7. Check the Digital ID under Tools> Manage Digital IDs where it should be listed.
