  1. Click Payroll Preprocessing, click Admin, and then click Pay Period Calendars.
  2. Click Add, and set the following. Name: Select the default. Start Date: Select the pay period start date. End Date: Select the pay period end date. Frequency: Select the frequency of the pay period.
  3. Click Save.
