Can I try a Weight Watchers meeting for free?
Here’s how the free trial works: When you attend your first meeting, you’ll meet our receptionists and weigh-in privately before the meeting starts. With so many times and locations to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect one for you. Plus, you’ll access everything on weightwatchers.com for seven days FREE.
Can I attend a Weight Watchers meeting for free?
Come experience a Weight Watchers meeting discussion at no cost and no obligation anytime in participating areas. Free meeting visit does not include program materials. If you decide to join, you get the first week’s program materials and pay the fees then in effect to join.
Are Weight Watchers classes open?
WW closed its classes and online, making all of its sessions virtual – but now as we begin 2021 it has gone a step further. How does WW work? Every food is given a SmartPoints value – roughly equivalent to calories – and members are given daily and weekly allowances of points and by sticking to them, will lose weight.

You can attend as many WW meetings per week as you like. You can attend a WW meeting every day if you need it. However, members who are not at Lifetime can only weigh-in once a week and Lifetime members only weigh in once a month.
Is WW having in person meetings?
Weight Watchers meetings are so helpful, it may be difficult to see the downside to attending them. We’ve talked about the pros so let’s dig into the potential “cons” as well. In reality, there’s no true downside to attending in-person meetings because you’re going to gain so much (and lose so much, too!) that the meetings are worth the time and money expense.
When will WW meetings open?
In order to properly train our Coaches and give you time to adjust, we will pause all Workshops beginning Monday, March 16, and will launch Live Virtual Workshops Thursday, March 19. We know that you turn to us for support and that community is key to your success. That will not change, and you won’t have to go it alone.
