Only members of associations whose MLS participates in MLSAdvantage will see the link. This service is a Florida Realtors member benefit and there are no charges or fees for its usage.

- Your Broker must be an Active member in the CRMLS in any of the 39 participating Associations.
- Office Managers, Assistants and Secretarial staff doing data entry or search must also join with independent access.

Do you need to pay for MLS and also belong to a local realtor association?
No. As established under existing policy, MLS Participation is available to any REALTOR® principal regardless of where they hold membership. An MLS cannot require local REALTOR® membership as a prerequisite to MLS access.
Does the MLS determine the rates that member brokers can charge for their services?
No. An MLS can only assess MLS fees, dues and charges to the office(s) of a brokerage firm that have independently decided to join and access that MLS. Those office are the only offices that are authorized to use that MLS’s data and services.
