We were there definitely more than 45 minutes. Since we were there, we also stopped by at the church ste Anne de Beaupré. Really nice to visit close to the falls. You could do the falls in 45 minutes but it is a bit rushed and I like to enjoy the visit and see it properly and take it all in.
