College Works Painting is one of the most difficult internship programs in the country. However, its one of the most rewarding internships I have ever been a part of. I basically learned the ins and outs of running a business from; sales, marketing, hiring employees, communicating with clients.

This internship teaches you hard work and perseverance, and the reward is definitely worth it if you’re up for the challenge. I made 20k, got a free trip to Cancun, and made friends that I’ll have for the rest of my life.

Had a sink or swim mentality. They make you sell paint jobs before you know if you can even have the competencies to produce that much. Can make good money if you have the recourses, but most college students do not have what is needed. Be cautious and expect to work more than imagined.
