This would have been anathema to the Intuit of old. Now, they’re on to the subscription model, which allows for them to bill us every month or every year. It used to be that we only had to buy from them every 3 years, and before that, if we didn’t use payroll, we didn’t have to pay them at all.

Is QuickBooks tech support any good?

Quickbooks tech support is horrible, the support people don’t know anything they are absolutely clueless, they are also unable to escalate the issues to a higher level of support, there are no managers that you can speak with. Overall the worst tech supoort of any software that I have ever experienced.
