Is Les Arcs 1800 good for beginners?

Beginners: Generally, Les Arcs is a good ski area for beginners. There are plenty of wide, high-altitude blue runs to progress to, giving a real sense of exhilaration. Arc 1800 has the best of the area’s dedicated beginner’s skiing, with its new development at Mille8 having a special peaceful zone for beginners.

Is Les Arcs 2000 good for beginners?

Whilst Arc 2000 is suitable for everyone from beginners, intermediate and expert skiers. There are some fantastic rolling blues which are shallow enough for beginners to learn on.

Is ARC 1950 good for beginners?

Arc 1950 is ideally placed for all levels of skier with the exception of total beginners. Total beginners will need to take the pedestrian lift with their instructor in order to access the beginner slopes in Arc 2000. You can travel between Arc 1800 and Arc 2000 by using both the Transarc cable-car and the Arcabulle covered chair-lift. Be aware that there is a walk from the bottom of the latter to the centre of Arc 2000 that some may find challenging. Arc 1950 and Arc 2000 are connected by the free Cabriolet gondola lift.
