Can I use D7 in English to enter university?
Are there courses a candidate can study in the university with a pass (D7 & E8) in O’Level English Language? The answer to that question is YES! If you have an English Language deficiency (D7 or E8) in your WAEC or NECO and think there’s no way any university can admit you with that, then this post is for you.
