yes it is possible to create a new corner mullion profile. You can start with the Profile-Mullion family file (.rfa). Create the profile shape you want. Load it into a Revit project. Start the storefront wall command and place it. Look at the corner mullion profile being used in that wall. Find it in the list of families in the Project Browser.
