M-Fix is from 3 years till 12 years old(so Group 2/3), whereas S-Fix is from 9 months till 12 years (so Group 1/2/3). The big difference is the small part which is attached in order to keep the baby safe as it doesn’t come with its own harness, but using the car seat belt.
