What should I engrave on my SBR?
The ATF requires that all Form 1 short barreled rifles, shotguns or suppressors be engraved with the manufacturer’s name (you or legal entity), city and state. Your Name / legal entity name and locale can be engraved any where it is visible and can be as small as 1/16″ in height.

Can I let someone shoot my suppressor?
While only the individual transferee or a responsible person of a trust or corporation can legally possess the item, others can certainly use it while in your presence. Letting a buddy at the range shoot it is perfectly fine, so long as the owner is present and in control over the situation.
