Where is the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo?

Located inside the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort, the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo is the official race headquarters for all runDisney events and race weekend merchandise. All runDisney race participants must check in at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo prior to their race.
Does everyone get a medal at runDisney?
Every race you complete earns you a medal, and each medal’s design is inspired by the runDisney weekend theme.
Is runDisney coming back to Disneyland?
That is because runDisney announced a few years back that they will not be organizing any races at Disneyland in the near future due to construction and other logistical concerns. Currently, the only resorts with races scheduled at them (or recently canceled) are Paris and Orlando.

There are two options for getting to the expo: Disney transportation or driving your car.

Can anyone go to the runDisney Expo?
Please check back closer to the event for more details. Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event to pick up their race bib, participant shirt and pre-purchased merchandise.
Can you walk a Disney 5K?
Yes, walkers are welcome in a runDisney event. Just be sure to maintain the minimum-pacing requirement for the race you’re participating in when walking. If you fall short, no worries! Our shuttle will be along to pick you up at a safe location along the course.
Will there be runDisney races in 2022?
runDisney races can sell out FAST, so get ready to mark your calendar for 10AM ET on March 2nd, 2022, when registration will open to the public for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend races, including the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Two-Course Challenge. Virtual race registration opens at 10AM ET on March 25th, 2022.
Will runDisney be Cancelled?
RunDisney indicates that they have based the decision to cancel the 2021 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend and 2021 Disney Princess Half Marathon on the unique circumstances of hosting a road race experience on this scale under the “current environment.”
How old do you have to be for runDisney?
Participants for the runDisney Springtime Challenge must be 13 years of age or older. Age requirements for Virtual races are the same as in-person events. Participants for Sunrise Yoga must be 10 years or older to participate. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to participate.
What time is the runDisney Expo?
Thursday, March 31, 2022: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Friday, April 1, 2022: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Saturday, April 2, 2022: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Can you walk runDisney races?

Do you get park admission with runDisney?
Run Disney does not provided discounted tickets or park admission. You run through the parks, but do not tour the parks. Race Photos: Unless you are a Disney Annual Passholder, race photos are not included in your registration fees.
How fast do you have to runDisney 5K?
16 minute per mile
There is a 16 minute per mile pace for the Walt Disney World® Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K. There is no pacing requirement for runDisney Kids Races. It is suggested that participants train for a 15 minute per mile pace to allow time for restroom breaks, photo opportunities, and other diversions on the course.
