Go with Yes Man. if you backstab the NCR even just slightly you are vilified in almost all their camps, and caesar isnt much better either. Neutral positioning at those 2, and kill enough of them to get the hit squads after you and farm their armor for bank.

KIll him! you can prolong the choice if you want, but if i remember corectly every other faction requires you to kill him before moving forward. your ultimate options are letting him live and thereby siding with him, or killing him and thereby siding with legion/ncr/yes man. He’s bad, he needs to be killed!
Is House the best ending?
The House Ending isn’t the “best” or fully “good” ending. I would argue that goes to the NCR ending largely, but, we know that the NCR will one day buckle under it’s own weight eventually… They have trouble with the Powder Gangers and Legion as it is, let alone with Brahmin Barons and corrupt officials.

Mr House will live until at least the grand old age of 261. His odds of survival after this point are slim, but his livelihood depends entirely on the actions of a sole courier.

There is an unused optional quest stage stating “Inform Mr. House that you’ve negotiated a peaceful solution with the Brotherhood.” However, this stage is inaccessible in the final version of the game and it is impossible to convince Mr. House to spare the Brotherhood.
