If you’ve never done Tae Bo, this would be a GREAT place to start. Begin with Foundation where Billy Blanks takes his time teaching you all the moves and the proper way to do them. I had to learn what I could from the “Instructional” tape from the late 90’s and it pales in comparison to Foundations.
