Can you do Bodystep without a step?

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. Don’t have a step at home? No problems! I assure you even without the step you can push yourself in this program and still feel the benefits from start to finish!

  1. Sign up for training. Your first step is to book onto an initial training course at a time and place that suits you.
  2. Attend training. Get ready for two days of intense, inspirational learning with your new Team.
