We will make all comments we receive publicly available on the Public Access online planning register. You can find them on the Documents tab. Comments can take up to 3 weeks to appear on the website. We will notify you of the decision once made.

The Committee decides those applications where: there have been three or more objections and the Executive Director for Planning and Borough Development is recommending that planning permission should be granted.
How long do Neighbours have to object to a planning application?
Neighbours have 21 days to make representations before the application can be decided. Please note that any comments made to the applicant during the pre-application stage of the process for a major development are not regarded as a representation on the planning application.
Are planning objections confidential?
Your comments whether submitted online or via email will become public documents, they cannot be treated as confidential even if the writer expressly wishes it (in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000).

Can my Neighbour object to my planning application?

How do you fight planning applications?
